The history of our house, which dates back centuries to the Renaissance, allows us to unearth true treasures from time to time. The tile Tapetenmuster, for example, was first produced in Steyr around 1570. During the Renaissance, tiled stoves with the Tapetenmuster could be found in hunting lodges and town houses. However, these tiles were also widely used in urban areas in the 1960s and 1970s. The current designs combine new technology with great attention to detail and the tradition of tile production to create surprisingly contemporary tiled stove designs.

Over 400 years ago the tile Tapetenmuster was manufactured in Steyr. To this day, this production of tiles is still predominantly manual work. Particularly fascinating are the lovingly hand-painted tiles. Fascinating ceramic radiant heat - incomparably cozy.
